We will do all in our power to satisfy our customers. Unfortunately, because of the nature of this business our return policy is very restrictive. We as a nation have gotten used to instant gratification and an open return policy (return anything at anytime - with or without a receipt). We humbly ask that you recognize this is still a small, but growing company and everything from deliveries to returns take time.
1. There are NO RETURNS value on toys, unless the product is defective (doesn't turn on). No money or exchange will be issued if the item it doesn't turn you on! This is mainly due to hygiene. We can not repackage or resell any used or opened item. We HIGHLY suggest that you open the package and unwrap the bottom of the toy where the batteries/plug in charger goes and test the product BEFORE use.
2. There are NO RETURNS, on product (bath and body works, lubricants, massage oils, lotions, perfumes, enhancement creams, etc.) if they are open. In the event that the customer wants to exchange the open product, they may do so ONE time with ONE product, per year at the digression of the consultant. In the event a customer is abusive of this policy, their name will go on a DO NOT SELL TO list.
3. You have 30 days from the order date, to return an item.
4. The customer with the exchange must go back to the original consultant, with the product and receipt. They will test the product to make sure it is defective and otherwise unopened, at which time the consultant will contact the main office and issue the exchange or monetary return.
5. Product returned for monetary value will be distributed back at the price of the product - minus tax, shipping and handling.
6. Please allow 7-10 days for monetary return.
